MarShon Brooks Regaining His Confidence Under P.J. Carlesimo by Derrel “Jazz” Johnson

NEW YORK — Over the course of Avery Johnson’s final six games as head coach of the Brooklyn Nets, MaRshon Brooks scored just seven total points, including three straight scoreless efforts.

But now, it appears MarShon Brooks has regained his confidence on the basketball court.

Brooks has only gone scoreless in one game under current Nets interim head coach P.J. Carlesimo, and has scored in double figures in 3 of the 11 games. He recently scored a season-high 17 points against the Phoenix Suns back on Jan. 11.
