NFL leaves Tom Brady and his balls deflated

Tom Brady and his deflated balls

Though there are only nine days before Super Bowl XLIX takes place on Sunday, February 1, 2015, Roger Goodell and the National Football League don’t seem to be any closer to coming to a decision after their investigation of Bill Belichick, Tom Brady, and the New England Patriots, despite finding evidence that 11 of the 12 balls used in the 45-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Conference Championship were deflated.  With their previous poor judgments with Ray Rice, Adrian Peterson, Greg Hardy and others, the NFL isn’t in the best position to get it wrong again, especially before what is annually the highest-rated television program of the year.

Roger Goodell and the NFL must swiftly make known the definitive findings that their investigation has yielded, render a stiff, but reasonable judgment, (preferably one that doesn’t create an unfair advantage on Super Bowl Sunday) and let the attention get back to the game that America loves.  Without swift action, the uncertainty of what Belichick, Brady and the New England Patriots actually did will cast a thunderous cloud over the Super Bowl of the likes we have never seen.

I believe Belichick that he knew nothing. In all honestly I have more questions now than I did when we first heard about this!
